An extremely busy 2010 caught me somewhat on the hop!  Although I am delighted that my wedding photography has proven so desirable, things became very hectic very quickly leaving me with far too much work for just one person!  Unfortunately due to this success I was unable to provide all of my clients with the service I value, to ensure that this never happens again, I am delighted to welcome a new Account Manager to Charlotte Boyd Photography.   Andrea will be taking the strain of every day operations leaving me to concentrate on my photography, album design and client communication ensuring that each and every client has an unsurpassed level of service as well as great photography. Here you will find no long winded descriptions of my approach to photography, no boring explanations of the equipment I use or self indulgent text about my love for weddings and my flair for photography, after all my opinions, loves, likes and dislikes are of little relevance here, all that are important are yours.  Here you will find only my promises and guarantees to you my client:- I promise to photograph your special day with passion and professionalism and to be considerate, concientious and energetic and hope to have a personal connection with every client.  I promise all of my clients will receive the highest level of attention, devotion and commitment and promise to work closely with you to achieve the finished wedding album that is perfect for you. I guarantee to have your wedding photographs available for you to view, and finished album available for collection within the timescales agreed at your personal wedding consultation.
