How many photos will be taken?
Every wedding is individual and I do not limit the amount of photographs that I take. Usually there will be in excess of 300 photographs to choose from for printing or for the album. You can purchase your photographs on a disc, this will contain all the processed images and copyright is transferred to you. It is an additional £200 on the album packages and £300 on the Simply Prints package.

How will I view my photographs?
Every wedding regardless of the package chosen will get an online preview gallery. This is linked directly from my website and a password is provided that you can share with family and friends. You can use the gallery to browse, to pick for your album or buy prints. If you would like to have a printed version of your proofs this is available at an additional cost of £95 and is a 10x8 softback book (images will be watermarked). 

What is digital processing?
The majority of time spent on your wedding is usually in the processing of the images after the day. This can be a number of things from correcting white balance and cropping to the more creative effects like spot colouring.

How long do you stay?
For all the packages I will stay until the start of the wedding breakfast. For additional coverage until the first dance it is an extra £250, a hot meal must also be provided.

What equipment do you use and what insurance do you have?
I use a professional Nikon digital camera and lenses. I also have backup equipment in the unlikely event that my camera fails. I am fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity.

Photo sharing
My website has a client section where you and your guests can view/buy prints. Simply provide your guests with a password, perhaps in your thank you cards.

When will I receive my photographs?
I aim to have the photographs ready for viewing online between 2-4 weeks after the wedding. Album creation times vary depending upon the package chosen and as I process the images and create the albums myself this can take longer during busy periods. Please ask for more details.

Booking
To secure a booking I require a £150 deposit along with a completed booking form, available to download online. The balance is then due 4 weeks prior to the wedding. Please refer to the terms and conditions for the cancellation policy, also available online.

Do you have any other items available?
There are many options for presenting your images. I can provide a variety of choices including canvas prints, modern acrylic frames plus parent copies of your main album. Prices vary depending on the album manufacturer. Please ask for full price details at the time of booking your main package.
