You will want to be sure that your photographs are going to be expertly taken in a professional and friendly manner without any unnecessary disruption and intrusion to your celebrations.  Of course you will want your finished photographs to tell the story of your wedding day. To demonstrate the love between you that this special day celebrates and to portray the fun and excitement that you will undoubtedly enjoy together.

HOW TO BOOK AND WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

You are welcome to visit me anytime by appointment to see samples and discuss your requirements.

When you decide to book my services you will have a booking form to complete and you need to pay a deposit of £100 (Please note that your booking will only become secure once the deposit has been paid).  The balance of the package price will become due on the wedding day.

Approximately 1 month before the wedding I will send you information on what will happen after your wedding day. This will include tips on how to use your online album. It will also include a link for you to add to social networking sites that will take your friends straight to your online wedding album.  This information is usually sent by email and you can forward the information on using the online album to parents and friends if you wish.  They will also be bale to add the album link to their social networking sites if they wish.

About 1 week before the wedding I will phone you to discuss your requirements and answer any questions you may have.

On the wedding day you can rest assured that I have the experience to deal with any situation that may arise, such as bad weather, difficult surrounds etc.  You can also rest assured that I will organise and arrange the guests leaving you and your ushers etc to relax and enjoy the occasion.  The photographic session will be conducted in a professional and friendly way, speedily and without encroaching too much on the days festivities.
The guests will be given a slip of paper giving them details on how to access your online wedding album and see the photographs.  If any of your friends or family would like to have their family portrait taken then they are free to come and tell me and, time permitting, I will be happy to do this for them.

A few days after the wedding your album will go online.  If I have a mobile phone number for the bride or groom I will send you a text message informing you that it is available for viewing.  You will already have been giving information on using the online viewing area and how to choose the pictures for your album etc.  Once you have deciding on the contents of your album, it will be designed for you and you will be invited to see and ok it before it is printed.

If any guests or friends would like to order prints of souvenir albums they will be able to find all the information they need on my website and prints and canvasses can be ordered and paid for online.
