About

Jeremy’s passion for photography began with a 9th birthday gift of a Brownie camera that launched him on a lifetime’s love of photography. Jeremy recalls: “My father’s advertising agency sent him on a 2 year posting to Karachi working as Art Director, and just before we left I was given the Brownie camera. It really got me started in photography and learning to capture timeless moments on film. I still have that camera sitting on a shelf.”

Jeremy later trained and worked as a studio Technical Operator on cameras & sound at BBC Television for 6 years, working on a wide range of television programmes such as Bruce Forsyth’s Generation Game, Are You Being Served, Doctor Who, and Top of the Pops.

After leaving the BBC, he moved to Denmark spending several years working in a variety of roles and learning to speak Danish. Returning to the family home in 1995 with his Danish partner, Hanne, Jeremy worked for 10 years as an audio-visual technician & photographer.

Now he devotes his time to his own photography business, focussing on weddings, lifestyle family portraits, panoramic virtual tours and commercial work.
