Do you have a Voucher you need to Register to Book in? Great! you're in the right place...
Please make sure you've entered all of the info requested below. Once we have your details, we'll check you've sent everything we need, and send a confirmation email with an estimate of how long you'll be waiting before a call to book in (this will depend on how busy the studio is, how many people have bought vouchers that week, and whether you have a direct or third party voucher (eg groupon). If any info is missing - we'll email you to remind you to send the missing info, so please keep a look out in your inbox :)
Your Full Name & Address & Contact Phone Number
Please list who is coming to the shoot and how you're all related, inc names and ages and if any pets. This is so we can check that the voucher you're registering is valid for your group, and also so we can plan lots of great ideas for your shoot!
Voucher Name, Voucher Code & Voucher Expiry Date(please note all shoots and viewings need to be completed by the expiry date in order to claim any images that are part of a 'deal').
If you're registering a gift for a friend, please let us know the voucher details (code and expiry), plus recipient's name, email address and phone number (and any other details you can provide), and when we'll be ok to contact them to book (we wouldn't want to spoil a surprise gift!).
Good times for us to call...we work weds-sunday, so let us know a range of days/times to reach you and we'll do our best to call you then.
You'll receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours to let you know we've received your email. If you've not received this, please do email us again, but this time direct to email@example.com just so we can make sure your voucher is registered in plenty of time before it expires.
Please note, we're a really busy studio, and usually book at least a month in advance. Your shoot and viewing needs to be completed by the expiry date in order to claim any gift package/deal, but don't worry - our vouchers have plenty of life on them before they expire! It's just important you register nice and early (month one usually) so we have plenty of appointments left to offer you :)
If you've left it late, do still register - as long as you're super flexible with dates and times, you never know, a family may have moved their appt, leaving a short-notice space that would be just perfect for you!

*Terms and Conditions: *All third-party daily deals purchased from Groupon are subject to much more specific terms and conditions that reflect the nature of these being offered at such heavily reduced prices (and that the money paid to Groupon is kept by Groupon). Please do read ALL the fine print before you purchase, as we are bound by the terms on these deals and are unable to change them under any circumstances. Also important to note is that your 'third-party' voucher is subject to forfeiture, which means if terms aren't met, we're not allowed to proceed, and your voucher would no longer be valid. These are not are our own rules, and this is is why it's so important you read the small print of any third-party deal you buy or are given. If you're at all worried, or would prefer more flexibility, then please look at booking with us direct with our own LOVE booking packages. Call us on 0115 9476224 so we can have a chat beforehand, and we can let you know more about our own packages, and find the right one to suit you.
*We don't offer refunds on our booking packages, but can transfer the amount (if paid to us, not third party) to a different booking package if that suits better. Once the voucher has expired, then officially the voucher & free gift package is forfeited, but we will still offer you a shoot & viewing in any non-peak appt (usually weekday) and we will add a free gift package if an order of £150+ is made at your viewing.
*Please note, we cannot make any bookings without taking card details as confirmation, in accordance with our 7-day cancellation policy. Any cancellation/rescheduling of appts made with less than 7 days notice causes us to have an empty studio for your booked time, as it will then be too late to find a new family and allow them time to prepare. As we offer a very personalised service, our studio is booked just for you and your family for both shoot and viewings. We only have 6 spaces for families each weekend, as we like to leave timein between shoots in case you need extra time to feed baby, etc. This means we need each one of these 6 appts to be filled or we don't cover our weekly costs. The full price for each appointment should be £125, but we will only charge £25 for any short-notice cancellation/rescheduling, just to cover very basic running costs. This then allows us to be able to offer you another time when we can book the studio and photographer/viewer for you. In cases of illness, we will credit the £25 back at your viewing for any purchases made over £150. Please do contact us if you would like us to explain this, or any of our studio policies further.
*Sadly, we occasionally experience rude, aggressive & ignorant behaviour from our clients, and it is with regret that we now have to add this note that this will no longer be tolerated at ANY time, either in person or on the phone/email. We are welcoming you into our studio, and spending a great deal of time with you and your family and lots of care and attention goes into creating a Fun experience for you all, and capturing unique moments for you, and all the editing of your images. This is at least three hours of our time dedicated to you and your family. We love what we do, this is why we made it our business, but we no longer want to spend this amount of time and care on people who are disrespectful, rude or aggressive towards any of our staff. We are no longer willing to suffer any rudeness, shouting or disrespectful behaviour, and any such behaviour will mean you will be immediately asked to leave the studio, and forfeit your voucher and any accompanying service or gift package. This also includes bookings calls - please remember that the person on the other end of the phone that you are shouting at/over is a human being too (and most likely your photographer!). We can only offer you the spaces we have, and it is not our fault if the times you have free are not the same as ours. It is also not our fault that you didn't leave a message on our voicemail, so we didn't know you'd called, or you left ten messages but they were all on our day off (as explained in our voicemail message). Please folks, we are nice people, we photograph families, children and pets, we're all about peace and LOVE, but it's never ok to bully, and sadly we will now have to refuse service should this occur, without exception. Happily this is only a tiny percentage of the people we meet, so we would like to lighten this note by saying a big LOVE thank you to all you other 99% <3 xxxxx
