About the Work: Lifestyle Photography is an art-form that captures the moments and memories of the subjects in the photographs in the rawest form. A typical session consists of a fun location, where the backdrop is not only interesting photographically but where the subjects can also interact with objects and one another. The best images are those that tell a story. Where the details in the background are just as interesting as the expression on the subjects face. Where the colors and shapes of the scene become the backdrop, where the light is natural and shadows are real. Lifestyle photography, for me is the act of making a memory, not by lining the grand-kids up tallest to shortest, but rather by lining them up, and having them tell a story of there most fun times together, and then capturing the laughter that follows. Through my lens I hope to capture many of these images for you to cherish. About the Biz: Maui Photography specializes in Wedding Photography, Senior Portraits, Family Portraits, Pregnancies and Babies as well as Engagements, and Intimate Boudoir. About the talent: We're a cute little two-some... and simply stated; when we're behind the camera, magic happens. We capture emotion, in every timeless memory. We dress professional, and stay out of the way. Studios and canvas backdrops are for the birds. We shoot real life, with natural light and a documentary, err, journalistic style.
