Here are some questions I get asked regulary.


Q. I saw you taking photographs of me at an event I was participating in but can't see any photographs of me in the event album?
A. At most events I will normally shoot around 2500 to 3000 photographs, though I try to make sure there are photographs of everyone in the album, sometimes there are a few that don't make it.

Send me a message with your details and I'll check through all the photographs from that event to see if I have any photographs that you may like to see.


Q. The rider in the photograph in the album is not centered, will my print look the same.?

A. I will always centre a photograph. While taking photographs of fast moving riders, it's not always possible to keep everything centered. This is one reason I like to keep some space around the rider in the orininal photograph.


Q. The photograph I ordered looks differant to the one I recieved?

A. When I crop a photograph to the size that's been ordered, depending on the size, sometimes it's not possible to keep it the same. Sometime you will loose part of the photograph, either part of the top, bottom or both.

Just ask other Event Photographers to supply you with a 8x10" photograph when the subject in the original photograph fills the whole picture and see what you get...!


Q. I've paid for delivery, but now have decided it would be better for you to deliver it to a SMX meeting. Will I get a refund?

A. Yes of course you will. I recommend delivering framed prints myself as the frames have glass in them. We all know what the Royal Mail can be like.


Q. I think I've ordered the wrong photograph?

A. Try and let me know asap as I can not change on order once it's been sent to the lab for printing.


Q. I would like to purchase one of your Combi-Pix but I'm not local to you!

A. No problem, why not aks a few family, friends or workmates if they would like one, as a group photoshoot could cover all travel expenses if not, traveling upto 25 miles is included in the normal price. If you're not sure, just ask.
