Option 1£35.00 Per Hour This gives couples on a small budget the chance to have Photography coverage. They then are required to purchase their required images online. The cost for prints start at only 56p and increase depending on the size and level of editing the image required.
Option 2£45.00 Per Hour and have all your images supplied on DVD. Which are ideal to view on a computer or upload and share on social networking sites
Option 3£65.00 Per Hour This is an image CD, you will receive all the un-edited photograph's free from copyright. You can enlarge these images to a 20" x 30" print size at any high street retailer. You Receive All Your unedited (RAW iMAGE) Photographs On CD PLUS A FREE

Each FREE BOOK consists of 20 Pages, and must be purchased within the stated time on your picture disc dispatch sheet, otherwise the offer will be withdrawn. SquashedApple regret that cannot forward your FREE WEDDING BOOK until you have ordered your print design from the gallery.
Size of FREE BOOK DEAL to create an Album
6"x4" closed 12"x4" 1mm page thickness 190gram lustre paper. If the above sizes are not available, we choose the next best option. Each book layout design, takes approx 7-8 hours to draft from your image selection, before you are able to view page proofs from within your gallery. Estimated delivery time takes approx 3 - 4 weeks with longer periods expected during busy months.
Once we receive a delivery schedule, you will be offered a finish type by email. If you wish to purchase an image wrap for your book they are priced at £8.95
GALLERY SquashedApple provide an online Gallery with all 4 Options free of charge and your passkey will be valid for 30 days
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO ADD YOUR FAVOURITE IMAGES TO YOUR GALLERY, UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 100 iMAGES AND HAVE A CHOICE TO HAVE THEM EDITED OR UN-EDITED.
PICTURE EDIT COSTS
The price will be reflected in the level of cover you originally booked and the charge to edit your picture selection is from £50.00
SquashedApple aim to turn around picture discs within a realistic time after the wedding date, however due to popular demand of this service of pay by the hour it is not always possible. In some instances during peak wedding month's a delay of up to 6-12 weeks can be expected.
Couples whom have chosen video with there package may experience longer delay's in product delivery. This is generally the months MAY JUNE JULY AUGUST SEPT where delays are expected.
However SquashedApple, will place picture slides via this web site within 2 weeks during busy periods. This does give couples a chance to view the superb quality images of their wedding day, we produce.
Couples are able to use our premium service, which means the images can be sub-contracted for a quicker turn around within 48 hours and the fee's payable are equal to full cost of there initial coverage.
SquashedApple recommend that couples remain patient while we process your RAW images and call this office on a regular basis, to find out where they are in the job queue. This enables you to have feedback for estimated delivery time.
Pay by the hour coverage video options;
After we cover your wedding/event you will receive the uncut video DVD in a plain clear sleeve, unless you purchased a presentation case at the time of booking. Editing to suit individual requirements by appointment has a chargeable hourly rate, and will be determined by the level of coverage you originally had.
Copyright Music has to be free of copyright by law, any music audio you provide must be validated by a purchased copyright licence, in which a copy can be forward to SquashedApple HQ via email.
Un-edited Photographs = iMAGES are checked for focus grades; Any agreed edits are paid for in advance of your wedding date, from your unedited batch, we are happy to give you free edit styles which stay live on your gallery for 30 days. You will be notified of the expiry date by email. You are able to pay a small fee to keep your wedding album online for a further 12 months.
Uncut video = You pay for coverage, any style of video edits you require can be decided after you receive your unedited video which is PC viewable due to the data size. There is an 8 week time frame for this from receipt of media, but please note the video may be RAW and in no specific sequence.
If you choose not to have your editing appointment within the 8 week window from your receipt of footage, the client will be deemed as satisfied and the edit facility will be closed.

We are required by law to remove any background music unless you have proof of licence.
MILEAGE / TRAVEL COSTS
OPTION 3
CLIENTS ARE INVOICED WITHIN A FEW DAYS AFTER THEIR WEDDING REQUESTING CHARGES FOR TRAVEL, THIS ONLY APPLIES IF THE MILEAGE CALCULATED IS OVER 10 MILES, THE COST PER MILE IS CHARGED AT 0.65 PENCE PER MILE.
OPTION 1 & 2
MILEAGE IS CALCULATED THE SAME AS OPTION 3 ABOVE.
*EFFECTIVE FROM 1ST JANUARY 2012 - OPERATOR MILEAGE ON ALL PACKAGES INCREASE BY 15 PENCE PER MILE TO 65 PENCE PER MILE.
PAYMENTS AND INVOICES
FULL BALANCES ARE STRICTLY PAYABLE BY THE DUE DATE ON YOUR INVOICE, WHICH WILL BE SENT BY POST AND EMAIL AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING. PAYMENTS MADE AFTER THE DUE INVOICE DATE WILL CARRY A LATE PAYMENT CHARGE OF £18.00
CANCELLATION FEES
50% OF THE FULL BALANCE IS PAYABLE IF YOUR WEDDING IS CANCELLED WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF YOUR WEDDING, CLIENTS ARE EMAILED THE FINAL INVOICE FOR BOOKED SERVICES, IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR DURATION, YOU ARE CHARGED 50% OF DIFFERENCE, THIS IS KNOW AS PART CANCELLATION.
PARKING FEES
MOST VENUES OFFER FREE PARKING FACILITIES, HOWEVER THEIR IS A SELECTION OF INNER CITY CAR PARKS WHICH HAVE PARKING FEES.
A PHOTOCOPY OF PROOF OF PARKING CHARGES TO COVER YOUR WEDDING WILL BE SENT BY POST, AND YOUR BILLING AMENDED ACCORDINGLY.
DISC DISPATCH, ADMINISTRATION & POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
THE STANDARD CHARGE FOR YOUR DISC TO BE PROCESSED, ADMIN AND PAYPAL FEE'S ARE ALSO ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE. THE CURRENT CHARGE IS £3.50 + PAYPAL CHARGES IF YOU HAVE USED THIS FACILITY.
YOUR WEDDING DEPOSIT / BOOKING FORM ISSUED IS A BINDING AGREEMENT OF THE LISTED TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND BY PAYING A DEPOSIT YOU ARE REQUESTING THAT WE KEEP THAT DATE FREE FOR YOU. BY BOOKING OR PAYING A DEPOSIT YOU ARE AGREEING TO A 50% CANCELLATION FEE UNLESS YOU EXERCISE YOUR 7 DAY CANCELLATION RIGHTS WHICH ARE EMAILED WITH YOUR BOOKING FORM. WE REQUIRE BOOKING FORMS ARE RETURNED NO LONGER THAN 12 MONTHS FROM ISSUE. .IF WE HAVE NO RESPONSE FROM REPEATED REQUESTS FOR YOUR RETURN OF YOUR COMPLETED BOOKING FORM, WE UNFORTUNATELY MAY ISSUE OUR CANCELLATION CLAUSE IN WRITING OR EMAIL / UPDATED 9TH SEPT 2010
