MY APPROACH
My approach is simple, I focus on capturing your wedding as it naturally unfolds.
The big moments, the quiet ones, the laughter, the nerves, the hugs, all the things that make your day yours.
I won’t ask you to perform or spend hours posing. Most of the time, you’ll barely notice I’m there. Instead, I work in an unobtrusive, natural way, allowing real moments and real emotions to happen organically.
What you’ll receive is a collection of images that feel honest, emotional, and timeless,
photographs that bring you straight back to how your wedding actually felt.
A natural, storytelling approach
Every wedding is different.
Different people, different energy, different atmosphere.
That’s why I don’t work from a rigid shot list or force moments that don’t exist.
I pay attention to what’s happening around me at all times, anticipate moments as they develop, and quietly document the story of your day as it unfolds.
From nervous excitement in the morning, to emotional ceremonies, to wild dance floors later on,
my aim is to tell the complete story, not just the highlights.

Couples often tell me they felt relaxed, comfortable, and completely themselves on their wedding day,
which is exactly how it should be.
You don’t need to know how to pose.
You don’t need to be “good in front of the camera”.
You just need to enjoy your day.
I’ll guide you gently when needed, but mostly I’ll blend into the background,
capturing natural interactions and genuine connections.
No awkwardness. No pressure. Just real moments, beautifully documented.

My goal is to create images that don’t just look beautiful, but mean something,

We are having a destination wedding , can you join us?
Yes,Yes and Yes! I adore destination weddings and I have a fully up to date passport,
I am well travelled and my wife and I also got married on distant shores! it was amazing!
Get in touch , tell me all about your plans and i can give you a bespoke package tailored to your requirements!
How do we book you?
You can use the contact form to contact me to check my availability and arrange a call /zoom to have a chat about your plans
(feel free to directly email, whatsapp, or instagram/facebook message)
and i can then send you a booking form which can be filled out and returned to me along with a £300 booking fee to secure your date!
This is taken off the final balance which will be due 4 weeks before your wedding date
Is this your real job, like your actual full time job?
Yes, it most certainly is! Wedding photography is my profession and passion,
this means that each and every wedding that I capture gets my full attention!
I don’t use weddings to supplement another income or treat it as a side hustle!
I have been a professional wedding photographer since 2011 and have captured over 500 amazing weddings!
What if you are sick or can't attend our wedding?
I have never missed a single wedding day!
It would take a severe illness or major life issue for me not to attend your wedding day! If this situation did arise , i
have a great network of photographers i can call upon if i really needed cover!
I wouldnt leave you without a photographer!
Do you keep our images safe once our wedding is over?
The safety of your image files is paramount to me!
As soon as i return home or back to my hotel after your wedding i back up all of your photos to 3 separate hard drives,
the original cards will then go into a fire proof safe along with a backed up hard drive, and another hard drive is kept off site.
I dont delete the original memory cards until i hand over your finished gallery!
How may photographs will we receive?
I typically say that as a minimum you will receive 700 photo's from a full wedding day, but it's usually way more!
I believe that if it's a nice photo of you,
a family member or a guest that it's only fair that you receive it!
We hate having our photos taken, will you make us feel relaxed?
Most of the couples in my wedding galleries no doubt all hated having their photos taken before their wedding day,
but fear not,
i work in a totally relaxed way and there is nothing to worry about,
your photos will be totally natural and i will be there to help you every step of the way!
How long do you stay?
For full day coverage I typically arrive about 2-3 hrs before the ceremony to photograph the bridal preparations,
and going through to approx 1hr after the first dance, typically around 10 hours!
if the party is really rocking i tend to stay a little later, at no extra cost!
How long will it take to receive our photographs?
I like to have your finished images back with you within 4-5 weeks after your wedding day.
How do we receive the photographs?
All of your digital photographs and slideshow will be supplied
on a password protected online gallery to share with your family and friends who can download and print images as they wish,
images are watermark free and have full print and sharing rights.
How do you describe your photographic style?
I like to capture the day as naturally as possible as it unfolds in a documentary style,
I will of course take a selection of 8-10 family group photo's which i like to have compeleted in around 20 minutes
so that you arent missing much of your wedding day celebrations!
I will then take you both off for around 10-15 minutes to get some stunning portraits together
and then again later in the day to get some of that golden hour light, these will be in both a natural and creative style!
Are you insured?
I certainly am, for your peace of mind, as well as mine.
Full public liabilty and professional indemnity insurance, as well as all of my equipment.
Our wedding is very small, can you still cover this?
Absolutely, I have covered elopement weddings from as little as 2 people and intimate weddings with 15 people ,
so please do get in touch, and we can talk about costings for this.
Can we meet you before the wedding?
Yes, I love to meet all my couples where possible before their wedding to go through the details of the day.
If this is not possible due to distances, then I will always be available by phone, or Zoom
Do we need to feed you?
I never say no to food! however I also understand the costs involved on a wedding day ,
so if there's a main course or a bar snack available it would be very much appreciated, if not, no problem!
