Q: A parent is missing a proof/photograph
A: Please obtain the image number from the CD of photographs supplied and email us admin@kittlephoto.com with the image number, Child’s name and Class. We will then send the proof direct to you or to the parent's home within a few days. If the Proof required is for a Class/Sports/Panoramic Group, we will only require the Group Name and the Child's name.
Q: Can parents still order photographs after the collection date?
A: Yes, With our comprehensive online ordering system at www.kittleorders.com they can log in, and purchase photos at any point.
Q: Can we extend our collection date or have another collection?
A: Of course, please contact our area office admin@kittlephoto.com and they will arrange an alternative date to suit.
Q: What payment types do you accept?
A: We accept all of the main forms of payment, these include Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Maestro Dom, Solo and Postal Orders.
Q: How do I use my CD you have supplied?
A: If you have decided to go with the ‘Sims Batch import’ option, please refer to your instructions on the Disk. If you have any questions, please call Lee Brooker on 01245 401313.

A: Yes, every photographer from Kittle Photographic Ltd has been fully CRB checked. Also for your piece of mind all staff are strictly monitored and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure the highest possible quality of service.

Q: When will our photos be delivered?
A: Please allow 10-14 days for delivery of photographs from the date of the photograph being taken, and also after the orders have been collected. However, we endeavour to deliver all photographs within 10 days. For further information, you can email your question to info@kittlephoto.com
