I consider myself very lucky that I am able to combine my passion for photography with my love of people and the beautiful countryside & world we live in. I am fascinated by the camera’s ability to capture a moment in time in just a fraction of a second yet that single, resulting image can bring back so many memories or tell an entire story.
I have a relaxed, informal ‘journalistic’ style and enjoy the challenge of taking a photograph that not only captures the spirit of the moment but also the best of the subject.
Most importantly, I love the company of people and meeting new friends. I probably talk far too much! I do appreciate that some people find a camera pointing in their direction absolutely terrfiying so I will do my best to make you feel relaxed about any photography you have booked me for. If it's any consolation, I'll admit that I hate having my photo taken so I can totally empathise with how some of you might feel!
I have had work published in numerous magazines and publications, have been a commissioned photographer for The Field magazine and The Shooting Times and am delighted to have been a contributor to the Countryside Alliance Calendar.
Finally, if you would like to meet up and talk about my photography and how I may be able to help you, the kettle’s always on here or I can come and drink coffee at yours.........
I am based in South Gloucestershire, but am happy to travel throughout the UK (or further afield!). I am fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity, an important consideration for anyone working with you.
