I have traveled from the wilds of Alaska to the Northern and Canadian Rockies and all over the United States for the photography you'll see on my site. I think my Love for photography stems from my Grandfather who also was a photographer. My Grandfather worked for the nearby Fire Station and I remember watching him in his darkroom as he processed the photos taken from wrecks, fires and had them processed and ready for the 6:00 news. It was exciting to see the photos develop before my eyes as well as the process it took to get it there.
In late 1980 I volunteered developing crime scene photos for our county to help them get caught up and then in 1991 I gave birth to Photos By Sandi where I had a studio in the lower level of our home in Loveland, Colorado. In 2000 my husband and I opened a Store in downtown Estes Park, Colorado where I sold over 1,000 photo related items and did Family Portraits, Weddings, Senior Photos in the National Park. In 2010 we closed the store after 10 years and the next few years we focused on our Photo Tours in Rocky Mountain National Park, Yellowstone National Park and Teton National Park.
In 2014 we retired (or now we call it "no longer tired"). Nonetheless, I have so much to share and why not share with you! All prints are for sale. Enjoy!
