Where are you based and what area do you cover ?
We are a Creative Husband and Wife Team who live in Javea (XABIA) and we passionately capture Weddings in the Costa Blanca Region of Spain.
We regularly shoot weddings in Javea , Moraira , Calpe , Torrevieja and Alicante. We can also travel to any part of Spain to Capture a wedding. We are always up for a destination wedding ( Santorini , Seychelles , Greenland depending on the time of Year and availability etc )
Do you shoot together ?
Yes and No. For our classic and full day packages both Paul & Jolanta shoot. For our smaller packages,Paul (our founder and lead wedding photographer) shoots alone or with Assistant depending on the Wedding party size , bridal party size etc . Every wedding is unique and different so we use our experience to advise you on the perfect package for you.
What is your Style of Photography ?
Our Style is best described as modern story telling , fresh, fun & timeless . Schillings Photography produces high quality images that will last the test of time.
With hundreds of weddings captured , experience can be guaranteed to get great pictures every time based on great technique learnt over many years.
A masterly understanding of light and design and an ability to direct clients naturally so they look their best also produces their Award Winning Imagery.
Are all images processed and Photoshopped ?
No - We keep most wedding images looking timeless and as natural as Possible. If we use photoshop it is done very carefully just to retouch and fix an image that you don´t even notice it . Every wedding we pick the best wedding images and create Art Pieces with them . Something that you would be delighted with and hang on your wall. So we do give you a nice variety of work from your wedding . Nice B&W reportage , bright airy images , natural candid images , mooody , wow shots.
How do we book your Service ?
As soon as you have chosen a venue and date we will ask you to fill out our Terms and Conditions form and pay a booking fee to secure the date.
How long does it take to Process our Wedding Photography Package ? When can we expect to receive it ?
Our usual processing time is 3 - 5 weeks depending on which package you have chosen.
We then Design you Preliminary Album Pages for you to choose your Perfect Wedding Album.
This time is estimated as it also depends on the amount of weddings we have around the time of your wedding.
Your Wedding Album is Bespoke and we will need your input to finalize the order. Once you have approved your Album Pages the Album Company will take about 5 weeks to make the Album.
Do you edit your own images ?
Yes we edit all our images In House. Every image that we deliver to our clients gets approved by us 1st.
How can we get Images taken on the Beach when our wedding isn´t near the Sea?
We offer an additional Post wedding Session usually just after the wedding day. Here you get to put on your wedding dress again and spend some Romantic time together.
You have the opportunity to go barefoot and really get some amazing pictures in a relaxed manner.Early mornings is also a great time when the light is amazing and the beaches are empty.
