Staff wear identifying Clean Sheet Media (CSM) hi-viz vest.
The event organiser will be briefed prior to the event by CSM. Events will not be covered without prior arrangement.
CSM personnel will introduce themselves to event organisers on the day. This will also include any opposition/other participating coaches and officials.
Children will not be identified in photographs unless information is required eg for local press submission. This will be discussed with the event organiser.
Only ‘sporting’ photos and nothing inappropriate will be published.
Photos of children who are upset, injured or incorrectly attired will not be taken. Any inadvertently taken will be deleted.
Photos will only be used on CSM online presence with prior permission.
Please email info@cleansheetmedia.co.uk if you have any concerns or wish for a particular photo to be removed.
CSM follow the recognised guidelines from organisations such as The FA and NSPCC.
