1,000 -  1,499 SF        = $150.00
1,500  - 1,999 SF        = $200.00
2,000  - 2,499 SF        = $250.00 
2,500  - 2,999 SF        = $300.00
3,000  - 4,000 SF        = $350.00
4,000  - 3,999 SF        = $400.00
4,000 - 4,499 SF         = $450.00
4,500 - 5,000 SF         = $500.00 


Images will include an assortment of exterior, interior and amenity photos edited professionally delivered via google drive / USB in high resolution .jpeg  

TWILIGHT PHOTOS  
Twilight photo sessions of exterior cost $100 

TRAVEL
Reimbursement rate, First 12 miles from Ketchum is included. Outside of Hailey is charged at .50 cents per mile.

DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY
Pricing for aerial only images starts at $150.00 per shoot.  Discounted to $100 when bundled with photography option. 

VIDEO PRICING
60 – 90 Second video using the interior photos that we have shot for the listing and adding exterior drone video, 
All edited professionally

Must be combined with a photo shoot for an additional $250

1,000 -  1,499 SF        = $300.00
1,500  - 1,999 SF        = $400.00
2,000  - 2,499 SF        = $500.00

3,000  - 3,499 SF        = $700.00
3,500  - 4,000 SF        = $800.00
