For Gala Balls, Charity Events, Masonic Feasts etc, there are two main ways we can help your fundraising. We can attend on a commission only basis, or we can attend on a ticket loading deal. For both types of attendance you get:

Ticket Loading
Normally because of its very nature Ticket Loading will earn your Charity far more money and is a great way to minimise your costs. Each ticket price is loaded with a small amount extra. This can easily raise you an extra £1000 without any real effort.
Each of the table organisers or ticket purchaser can get a free picture as a thank you, or not the choice is yours. We have found that those "free" pictures really drive sales of the "paid for pictures" as no one wants to feel left out. We then pay you 30% commission on every picture extra we sell that night. There really is only one drawback to this system. If you've already published your prices and started selling tickets it's probably too late!
The table below shows just how much you can raise on a 150 guest event.

Commission Only
This system is great if you've booked us late or are uncertain on numbers. We attend for our normal £300 fee which we waive once we get to that amount of sales. There is nothing to pay upfront and only if we don't sell £300 of prints on the night would we charge you the remainder of the fee. Once we get to £300 the commission starts and the fee is waived. On average using this system you could expect with 150 guests to recieve around £100 commission.

We've based these figures on our recent events. Obviously the more people who attend the more chance you have of making a huge amount of commission for your charity! We normally price the pictures at £10 each. We can also donate Auction prizes too. Please ask for details.
*Free meaning that the organiser will not pay out any monies to book our services. We are a small business and obviously need to cover costs and pay wages! You don't work for free so please don't expect us to!
