Hi, I'm Theresa Chavarria a photographer in the Northbay area, specializing in Fine Art Wedding Photography and Elopements in Sonoma County, Napa Valley and Las Vegas. With shooting over 200 weddings, you could say I'm a seasoned wedding photographer that portrays a combined style of Photojournalistic/Documentary (candid, storytelling), Traditional (posed, formal), and Fine Art/Editorial (artistic, magazine-style) into my work!  I bring a bundle of skills to the post-production of wedding photos and album design, but most importantly I bring my creativity to produce photos that will make you proud to say I was your wedding photographer.

Originally from Petaluma (Sonoma County). I grew up on a horse ranch and showed horses professionally most of my younger life.  That is where the love of photography started for me.  After moving to Vegas to pursue my dream of becoming a wedding photographer, I got hired on at the Hilton right away. Under the wing of a high-end New York Wedding Photographer I learned quick to get the shots the hotel wanted for their packages, but I wanted to do more as a photographer.

Starting my own wedding photography business allowed me to pursue a unique style, blending documentary and fine art. Couples fell in love with my work and I was booking so many weddings and elopement photoshoots from the referrals I was receiving.  Six years later, I moved back to Sonoma County to be closer to family and to branch off to do other creative things in my down time.  My up to date self-employed skills now include being a professional photographer, graphic designer, web designer, magazine ad designer and SEO specialist.
