My style is a "discrete Documentary" style of Wedding Photography, recording your day in a natural, creative & storytelling way. There is always emphasis on fun & capturing all those special moments, creatively during your Wedding celebrations. I will work closely with you to deliver a unique record, mixing my candid style, with a small number of your required formal images.

I only require to spend a short amount of "couple time" with you on the day (I don't whisk you away for an hour during the drinks reception), to get a wide range of relaxed & natural portraits. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy celebrating with your close family & friends! However, I would always encourage you to take an after dinner / evening or sunset walk if the weather is playing ball. This will give you a few moments away, a short time to reset, before the evening party gets into full swing!

It's all about the moments...
Wedding days can be hectic, so much to pack into your day.... But they are all made up of lots of little special moments, laughter, tears, hugs to those crazy dance moves at the end of the day...
There will be lots of joy and laughter, but also maybe a little sadness, remembering those who can't be there.... All these and many more, put them altogether and they will bring back all your memories you cherish and make that story of your special day... Moments are fleeting, but I aim to be in the middle of the action, capturing these when they happen, but also discreet enough not to make you or your guests feel uncomfortable

I use a very natural style of processing to display your images. None of these dark brown colour washes or those washed-out detail images, that are very common on most social media platforms. I am very aware your images are historical moment in your life, avoiding thgese stylised images will ensure they stay true to future generations. I do believe in capturing the image correctly, as well exposed as possible in the camera, then using slight image enhancements to maximize the image quality. Images can of course be changed or filtered at a later stage, but the image you will receive will stand the test of time.



I am based near Witney in West Oxfordshire. The beautiful Cotswold countryside with historic Oxford and the surrounding counties of Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Warwickshire are all within easy reach. I am very happy to travel whatever your requirements are! Any opportunity to visit Cornwall and the Cornish Coast is hard to turn down! I have photographed many Weddings in most the beautiful and historic Oxford University and Oxford Colleges.

I use the latest Professional Fujifilm mirrorless cameras to record your day, back in my office I utilise a fully digital workflow with many years experience in digital editing software.

My Wedding Photography bookings includes an complimentary 1 hour Pre-Wedding portrait session (or engagement session). These are a fun way of getting to know each other in a relaxed environment. Getting to know you prior to their Wedding Day is important to me. Its a great chance to discuss in detail your plans for the day, helping you feel a little less anxious about your wedding photography.
