Payment Plans
These are only available on orders placed within the 15 day ordering period (or further 3 months if an order has already been placed) Not available for galleries being retrieved from the archive.
We are more than happy to arrange a payment plan for larger orders.
Payment plans MUST be requested before your order.
An agreement will be drawn up outlining the total value of your order, the down payment (15% or a min of £100 whichever is higher is a minimum requirement, or you can pay more), the number, amount of payments, and the dates on which each payment is due.
***Your first payment will be due at the ordering session or within 48hrs of your online order and agreement being sent*** (we are happy to work with you so your payments are being made at intervals that work best for you)
This agreement will need to be signed (Or the first payment made) within 48hrs of you placing your order.
(making your initial payment also constitutes your acknowledgment of the terms of the agreement)
Upon your last payment, we will have the order released to our print labs.
Typical payment plans: £150-£199 ... 30 day £200 - £399 6 weeks £400 and over up to 4 months
Your agreement will be attached to your first payment request. Whilst we prefer you digitally sign this agreement and send it back to us we understand that most people do things on their phones and this may not be an option, so If you are having trouble signing the agreement don't worry as by making the first payment you are also agreeing to the terms of the agreement.
The outline of our agreement is very basic, as follows.
You will be invoiced approx 3 days before the payment is due (through Paypal) Please make sure your payments are on time, any late / missed payments will incur a 2.5% charge of the remaining balance for every two days late.
Products will be ordered once the full balance is cleared.
If the agreement is broken (order canceled, payments later than 7 days) the order will become void and all payments made will be lost.
All Sales are final.
By signing OR making the first payment you are agreeing to the payment plan and payment dates above.
This is legally binding and all sales are final.
