ALL NON EU NATIONALS should check if they require a Visa to enter Gibraltar by checking the official site at http://www.bca.gov.gi/visa
Also in relation to the novel coronavirus around the globe, please check with your local authority before your travels in case there might be any new rules or restrictions for your upcoming trips not allowing you to enter Gibraltar nor re-entering your countries. Here's our government site https://www.visitgibraltar.gi/covid-19 for the latest info regarding entry & Covid travel info.  The Registry Office currently allows a max of 15ppl inside the Ceremony room and it includes the Registrar, the couple, 2 witnesses and 10 extra guests all together. This info might change from now till your wedding date so please check regularly especially when it gets nearer for latest updates.

All documentation needs to be submitted and filled in, in person no later than the working day before the date of the ceremony (between 8:30am-10:30am) or up to 3 months in advance. We normally meet up with our clients 1 working day before your wedding but if you arrive earlier and would like to have the document sorted sooner we can arrange an earlier date to meet so please just let us know. Please bring along all of your true original documents i.e. no scanned, no photocopied copies , no laminated certificates will be accepted, foreign languages documents must come with English translation; (please note your wedding will not be able to go ahead if correct documents are not produced.) along with your proof of stay in Gibraltar e.g. letter & or receipt from the hotel or a registered accommodation to prove that you've paid and are staying overnight in Gibraltar on the night of your wedding or the night before the ceremony as required by law. We shall take you to the Notary Office on the same morning to sign the No Impediment Certificate as required by law.
