All bookings require a retainer (non-refundable) to confirm your booking date. Retainers are as follows:
If you have booked a Portrait, Maternity, or Newborn standard Photoshoots, the retainer amount required is £30.00 to confirm your booking.
Maternity & Baby Collection... or Watch me grow, requires £1000 retainer.
Cake smash session retainer is £40. To confirm the booking.
If you have booked a Boudoir Photoshoot retainer amount required is £70.00 to confirm the booking.
Until the required retainer is received then the slot is open to others!!!
All balances are due at the time of the first session/photoshoot

Offered photo shoot dates and times will only be held for 24hr at which time your non-refundable retainer needs to be paid.
If a retainer is not received before the 24hrs is up then the slot will be opened up to other and any special offers associated with slot will be forfeited!
If a photoshoot is canceled with less than 72hrs (3 days)notice (96hrs (4days) for a Cake Smash) your retainer is forfeited.
You may change your date once as long as there is more than 72hrs (3 days) (96hrs (4 days) for cake smash) notice period prior to the original shoot date and carry the retainer across (as long as the new date is within 2 weeks of originally agreed date)
And finally NO Retainer....No photoshoot!!!
♦◊♦Newborns, I will make slight leeway on newborns as things can be unpredictable but 2 reschedules is all I can allow, and I really do need to know ASAP if there is a problem, 24hr is the minimum I require on rescheduling for newborns!! again reschedule needs to be within 2 weeks of the original date and MUST be before the baby is 6 weeks old.
The balance of the shoot is then due on the date of the Photoshoot (upfront before I begin shooting) No exceptions.
Should you require an evening or weekend session you MUST request this a min of 6 weeks in advance (pre-booked newborns) there is a fee associated with this. Standard times for newborn sessions are 9am-4.30 (finish time) Monday - Friday Only)
When paying please make sure your details and booking date are added to the notes section of your payment and the name entered here is the same as the one you used to book.
This online payment option can also be used for any extra products that are not available in your gallery.
