Covid-19 Policy
Staying Safe & Happy
When you visit our Studio you want the time here to be enjoyable and relaxing. We have always prided ourselves on the experience we offer our clients and have therefore gone to great lengths to ensure that you still receive this amazing experience in the utmost of safety.
We are a small, family-run, business so it is incredibly important to us that our clients are happy. We will ensure that we communicate with you before and during your visits to us. Upon booking, Sarah will talk you through everything and answer any queries or concerns you may have. During your visit, David will guide you through every step and make you feel at ease.
We have detailed below the steps we have always taken to ensure a safe Studio and these are constantly reviewed. We want you all to stay safe, we want our family to stay safe. Studio Cleaning
Our Studio is cleaned in between each visiting family and all surfaces are sanitised thoroughly. Any Studio props used during a session are sanitised and any Studio blankets/throws are used once per family and then washed.
Diary Management
To limit contact between visiting families, we work to a strict appointment only process and ask that all clients strive to arrive on time due to this. This also includes collections. To assist with this, our entrance door will be on the latch so we control who enters the Studio and when.
Masks
If you would like us to wear one please just ask. We appreciate that there are still many people wanting to stay extra safe.
Hand Washing
All members of staff at Sub Studio wash their hands regularly and prior to every appointment and appropriate hand wash is available for them and clients. We also still have hand sanitiser freely available to all staff and clients.
Sickness Policy
All members of staff at Sub Studio monitor their health daily. We also require all families due to visit our Studio to disclose if they currently have, or if they suspect they have, COVID-19.
