Photoshoot.


1. No purchase necessary.  All photo sessions come with a complimentary 10” x 8” colour or black and white print and up to 3 digital images, but no purchase is necessary for any further prints or digitals.  Any purchases made need to be paid in full at time of order.
2. Basic editing will be completed by UpPics before any digital images are shared, this may include black and white conversion, where a colour image will still be available.  Any further editing will be completed on request.
3. Copyright is owned by UpPics Photography. Permission must be gained by a third party to use the images with UpPics accreditation. Third party purchases must be made by the third party through UpPics Photography. 
4. Photographer's use of watermarked photos, after permission has been granted by the client,  will be used in advertising, which can be social media or website content.
5. Orders will be completed in 10 days from order. Post and packaging will be subject to order size. Please note orders will not be sent if full payment is not completed. Low resolution images are sent via an email download. High Resolution images are sent via WeTransfer to an email attached to the order, both low and high resolution image emails have a download expiry date.  No images will be resent if the date expires, unless good reason otherwise images will have to be repurchased.
6. Low resolution images will be sent with a watermark attached. High Resolution images will be sent with a small watermark attached.
7. You've bought a print. That's it. Just the print. Not the right or permission to reproduce it in any way by taking a photo of it with a phone/camera, scanning it electronically onto a computer or taking it elsewhere to get it copied.
8. So you've bought a digital copy, whether that's one sold for social media use or a full high resolution digital image.
which can be reused and uploaded to more than one platform (unlike a printed copy) you've still bought the image in its current form. You can't adjust it, re-edit it (including asking a third party to make changes to it), remove any watermark or logo or use it for any commercial purposes without the permission of the copyright holder - the photographer who took the original photo. The same is true for high resolution images.

Purchasing. 


1. A deposit of £25 is needed on booking.  This is refundable if more than 7 days’ notice is given for cancellation, it can also be used as a deposit if a new date is booked.
2. Full payment needs to be paid up to 3 days after the photo session and before any watermarked digitals are shared with the client via the website.
3. Cancellation notice will be given by UpPics Photography with good reason and a new date will be set by the client, taking the deposit forward for new date or returned to the client if requested, but a deposit will need to be paid if another date is booked.
4. Photo sessions timings may vary due to weather conditions if an outside shoot.  If an indoor shoot, this may vary due to number and age of clients being photographed possibly needing more or less time to settle into the studio.
5. UpPics has the right to end a photo session if the client is uncomfortable, not cooperating, or the photographer or client suddenly become ill, in this case a date will be arranged to continue.
