There is a $200 session fee for all sessions. Your session fee/gift certificate includes the following
- Pre-shoot consultation in studio or over the telephone
- Photography session in studio or on location
- Design & ordering appointment
- 5x7 matted print/ or special offer

* The session fee excludes Cake smash cakes. Cakes can be supplied by client or arranged by bite me photography for an additional fee.
* Fundraising/special offer gift certificates may have different inclusion. Please check the back of your gift certificate for inclusions.
The deposit/session fee is transferable but non-refundable.

Newborn sessions are strictly held Monday-Friday. Family portrait sessions are held Monday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.
There is no charge to reschedule a session if 48 hours notice is given. However, whilst we understand emergencies happen any session cancelled under 48 hours or at the last minute may attract a $100 rescheduling fee.
Design & Ordering Appointment
Your ordering appointment will be scheduled 1-2 weeks following your session. All decision-makers must be present. If your partner did not attend the pre-session consultation please ensure you have explained the process and pricing to them. Orders are taken at the ordering appointment. If your partner does not attend and you need to make another appointment a $100 ordering appointment fee is applicable to cover my time.
Full payment of your order is due at the time of your design & ordering appointment. I accept EFT, CASH, CREDIT CARD & PAYMENT PLANS. If you are booking a newborn session (or any session really) I recommend you set up a savings/Christmas club account prior to your session to help you to save for your session. Alternatively, you might be interested in our Payment Plans which can be set up prior to your session or at your design & ordering appointment.
Due to the custom nature of photography, there are strictly no refunds on your finished order. Your photographs can not be onsold. Please note all orders are final and cannot be cancelled. If there are any issues with finished products we will work together with my suppliers to rectify any issues/replacement.
Direct Debit payment plans are available. For all orders over $1000 a 30% deposit is required. For all orders under $1000 a 50% deposit is required. The deposit is to be paid at the time of your design & ordering appointment. The remaining balance will be direct debited from as little as $50 per week. Debits will be on a weekly/fortnightly basis as agreed on by both parties. Once a direct debit payment plan has been established no amendments to this plan can be made. Please don't ask for credit as a refusal may offend you.
Pre Christmas Rush
October, November & December are traditionally photographers' busiest times. Lead times for products can be seasonal please expect delays at this busy time of year.
